And then there’s rain.

What do you do on a rainy day?  Let’s be honest.  Most of us want to curl in bed and stay there.  No one wants to get up and be
productive.  I happened to move to California during an El Nino
year. Ha.  What are the chances of that? Talk about bad luck.  On my most recent rainy day, I was lucky enough to not have to work. So, what did I do instead?

After hours of deciding if I should finally get out of bed, I decided to make my way to Lette Macarons in Newport Beach.
For those that are local to Orange County, you know that Lette Macarons are absolutely delish.  Located in good ol Fashion Island.  I started my day with macarons, coffee, and some good reads.  Decided to let my Quay sunglasses slip into the pictures because I could not be more obsessed with every pair of glasses they come out
with.  If you haven’t checked out Quay Austrailia sunglasses, then seriously, go do it.  You will not be disappointed.

My roommate and I were recently taking about how lucky we are to live in a state with so many beaches, all along the coast. It is like everywhere you look and everywhere you go is perfect bliss all wrapped up into one big state.  I think it is almost impossible to be sad in California especially  in SoCal.  Believe it or not, rain is actually considered a good thing in southern California. After a peaceful day of relaxation, I ended my day catching the beautiful post-rain sunset in Newport Beach.  While sporting one of my favorite brands, billabong.  Billabong women seriously kills it.  Their Instagram stays on top of the world, you need to check them out.  All rains end with a rainbow, my friends.
