That animal print.

When I was younger, my mom used to dress me in everything animal print. And when I say everything,
I mean everything.  She would dress me in cow print (yes, I’m serious), leopard print, cheetah print,
snakeskin, you name it.  So, as I got older, I began to hate animal print anything. For years, I refused
to wear it and saw animal print as tacky and not in style. But, just like everything else in life, eventually
that changed.  And animal print is back in my wardrobe.

Being back in North Carolina spontaneously for a four day trip, I really did not pack accordingly.
Waking up at my friend’s house and realizing the ground was full of snow was a shock.  Orange County does
not get snow or anything close to it.  That being said, there are two ways to attack a snow day wardrobe.
You can focus on staying warm by wearing so many layers and heated clothing that you can barely see yourself
or you can dress to impress.  Which is what I chose on this harsh winter day. It’s all about being in style, who
cares about warmth, right? 😉 The best of the best is if you can dress in style while staying warm.

I chose to stay warm while staying in style by wearing my leopard fur jacket and my Vince Camuto shoes.
The shoes never fail to make the outfit. While sporting some of my favorite brands during this snow day,
I also made sure the pup was in style.  She already has a fur coat so she wore her Lakers jersey to represent
the west while on the east.  Needless to say, we were ready to get back to warm California after this cold adventure.
Top of my list is to buy more stylish winter clothes.  I realized my lack of fashion for cold weather on this trip
.  Only have a few fashionable items to sport during a snowstorm (ha).
